  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
